TranslateWelcome to house ATC19, located in the Delft Zuid neighborhood! Currently, we are four flatmates (three guys and one girl) studying and working, mainly in engineering-related fields. Were looking for a fifth flatmate to join us!The current tenants are Rover (Dutch), Gioi (Italian), Claudia (Romanian), and Koen (Dutch). Some of our interests are chess (and chugs), trash movies, videogames, bouldering, and basketball. We regurarly invite friends over for drinks or chill nights.Our house is situated in a nice residential area, just a 10-minute walk from Delft Campus station. Youll find supermarkets and shops conveniently close by.The available room comes with some furniture (TBD), which can be purchased from the previous flatmate. It will be available from the 15th of April. The rent is €425 per month, excluding utilities (an additional €85).We have a large shared kitchen, complete with a lounge corner featuring game consoles and a TV, where we often eat and chill together. The bathroom, as well as toilets on every floor, are shared by everyone in the house.Were looking primarily for a bachelors or masters student, as wed like to keep it a student-focused household.
